Malitha Dilshan Premasiri is a dedicated researcher, educator, and technology enthusiast with a strong background in physics, electronics, and information technology. With an MPhil in Electronics from the University of Kelaniya, his research focuses on developing photovoltaic-powered HVAC systems using supercapacitors for energy storage. He also holds a Master’s in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Electronics. Currently, Malitha serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kelaniya, where he contributes to cutting-edge research in electronics and renewable energy. Additionally, he is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the Skill Development Fund Limited, where he teaches physics and computing. Beyond academia, Malitha has extensive experience in the IT industry. He co-founded Prodesigner.lk, a digital solutions company, and worked as a freelance UI/UX designer and web developer on Fiverr. His technical expertise includes microcontroller programming, PCB design, IoT, software development, and data science. Passionate about innovation, he has authored research papers and developed patented projects, including a smart component tester and a smart oil management system. His commitment to education, technology, and research drives his pursuit of excellence in both academia and industry.
